Explanation 用語の説明
生活や経済活動などによって発生する温室効果ガスの排出量と吸収量を均衡させ、実質的にゼロにすることを目指す方針や考え方。世界は2015年のパリ協定で，気候変動対策として2050年までのカーボン・ニュートラル，つまり温室効果ガスの実質的排出量ゼロに合意している。例えば，再生可能エネルギーの導入やCO2の回収技術，炭素税（carbon tax）などのカーボン・プライシングを行うことで，各国は目標の達成を目指す。
